What’s the most interesting fact you know?
Not one fact in particular, but I’ve been really interested in dolphins and their social structure. They’re incredibly intelligent — they give each other names and can even recognize themselves in mirrors!

If you could instantly become an expert in one thing, what would it be?
Playing piano! I’ve tried to learn, but it’s definitely a tough skill for me to grasp.

What’s your go-to karaoke song?
“Faithfully” by Journey or “My Way” by Frank Sinatra — depends on the mood.

If you could bring back any fashion trend from the past, what would it be?
Big hair! Give me perms, mullets, and feathered hair — the bolder, the better.

What do you enjoy most about working in staffing and recruitment?
I love the feeling of helping someone land a job they’re genuinely excited about. I was unemployed for a bit in 2024, and I know how stressful that can be. Being able to give someone that sense of relief is incredibly rewarding.

What’s one skill that has helped you the most in your role?
I’ve always been able to talk to just about anyone — that definitely comes in handy in this field.

What’s a common misconception about working in staffing?
A lot of people don’t realize how many transferable skills they already have. Sometimes it just takes someone in staffing to spot what’s valuable on a résumé and what’s just fluff.
