A Little Holiday Joy for You

The holiday season can move quickly, and it’s easy to get swept up in the to-do lists, gatherings, and year-end rush. We hope you can pause for a moment, breathe, and enjoy something simple and cheerful. This little word game was created as a small way to brighten your day, spark a bit of fun, and bring a touch of seasonal warmth your way.

The end of the year often reminds us of what matters most, and we’re grateful for the moments of connection we get to share with you. Whether you’re taking a short break during a busy day or settling in for a cozy evening, we hope this brings you a smile and a feeling of lightness.

Thank you for being part of our community this year. Your presence, support, and kindness mean more than we can express.

Wishing you peace, joy, and everything kind this season. May your holidays be filled with comfort, laughter, and moments that stay with you long after the season fades.

Foster Forward’s Annual Pajama Drive has Officially Wrapped Up

Foster Forward’s Annual Pajama Drive has officially wrapped up, and our hearts are full!

This year, our community came together in an incredible way, reminding us what can happen when people support a cause that truly matters. Thanks to your generosity, we collected more than 250 pairs of pajamas for children and teens in foster care.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who donated, shared the message, encouraged others to give, or simply cheered this effort on. Your kindness makes a real impact in the lives of young people who deserve to feel safe, supported, and seen.

At City Personnel, giving back is part of who we are, but it is the generosity of our community that makes efforts like this possible. Thank you for helping us stand alongside Foster Forward and the families they serve.

Because of you, more than 250 children will end their day in a warm pair of pajamas.

Thank you for showing up. Thank you for giving. Thank you for making a difference!

Proud to Be Recognized for Our Commitment to Inclusive Hiring

We are proud to share that City Personnel has been honored with the PBN Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award in the Professional Services category. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating inclusive hiring experiences and supporting candidates from all backgrounds.

For us, DEI is not a trend. It is a core value that guides how we recruit, how we advocate for job seekers, and how we build relationships with employers. Receiving this award reinforces that the work we do each day is making an impact. It also motivates us to continue pushing for equitable opportunities across every industry we serve.

For candidates, this means you can expect a staffing partner who truly listens to your goals, respects your experiences, and champions your success. We work to ensure hiring decisions are fair, transparent, and focused on potential. Whether you are seeking a new role or exploring a different career path, our team is committed to supporting you every step of the way.

We are grateful to Providence Business News for this recognition and grateful to every candidate who has trusted us to be part of their job search journey. Your stories and successes are the reason we continue this work with such purpose.

We’re proud to recognize Heather as this month’s Hall of Fame inductee.

Heather first connected with us in July when she applied for one of our open positions. After interviewing her the following week, it was clear she had the skill set and professionalism our client was looking for. We moved forward right away and submitted her resume, and within a week, the client scheduled her interview.

Shortly after, Heather received an offer and stepped into her new role, where she’s been thriving ever since. Her strong work ethic and steady commitment have made a noticeable impact, and we’re grateful to celebrate her success as part of our Hall of Fame this month.
