Mission ImPASTAble = Mission Completed!

Two weeks ago, our team took part in Feed RI’s Mission ImPASTAble, a volunteer event focused on helping families across Rhode Island put food on the table. Together with other local volunteers, we spent the day packaging hundreds of pounds of pasta that will be distributed directly to Rhode Islanders in need.

At City Personnel, we believe that giving back is an essential part of who we are. Beyond helping connect people with meaningful job opportunities, we’re also committed to strengthening the community we call home. Participating in initiatives like Mission ImPASTAble reminds us that even small actions can make a big difference.

Because when it comes to supporting our community, doing good is in our job description.

Smiling man in a suit and tie with the text “Arnold M.” and “City Personnel Hall of Fame” displayed below his photo on a black and gold background.

We are proud to recognize Arnold as this month’s Hall of Fame inductee!

We first connected with Arnold last November, and right away it was clear that his skills and background aligned with the perfect opportunity. After submitting his resume to one of our clients, he was invited to interview the very next day. Impressed by his professionalism and experience, the client welcomed him onto their team immediately.

Since then, Arnold has continued to thrive in his role, and we are proud to celebrate his success as part of our Hall of Fame!
