Customer Service / Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and address customer inquiries via phone and email
- Facilitate order fulfillment process and become familiar with customers’ business needs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Enter orders into the system and follow up with customers throughout the process
- Communicate with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of the orders
- Send delivery dates and details to customers
Customer Service / Account Manager Requirements:
- 1+ year of relevant customer service/order entry experience
- SAP or Salesforce experience preferred
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Strong communication skills
- High School Diploma required
