Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Provide top-notch phone support for customer inbound calls and provide communicate via phone/email with current and potential clients in regards to services, billing, and technical inquiries
  • Responsible for overseeing the salesforce application
  • Communicate clearly with multiple departments
  • Provide timely assistance for customer requests all in a professional manner
  • Gain knowledge of products and services offered, to provide the best customer recommendations

Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:

  • 1+ year in Customer Service/ Order Entry
  • Experience working in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce preferred
  • Team player willing to learn with a positive attitude
  • Top notch worth ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working alone and with a team
