A growing manufacturing company is seeking a motivated Order/Data Entry Associate to join their Cranston, RI based team.
The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented and have previous experience with data entry in a customer service environment.
Responsibilities of the Order/Data Entry Associate:
- Accurately and efficiently enter customers’ order information
- Communicate internally to verify pricing and product availability
- Work closely with the customer service team to answer questions and handle problems in a professional and expeditious manner
- Verify data and investigate any discrepancies
- Manage and update customer information using the CRM system
Requirements of the Order/Data Entry Associate:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce software preferred
- Demonstrated judgment and discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to work independently, under supervision, and in a creative environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
