Responsibilities of the Junior Recruiter:
- Build online search strings and Boolean searches to identify and attract talent
- Craft creative and engaging messages and measure response rates to attract your target audience
- Organize and track candidate pipelines for multiple positions and serve as their first contact in the hiring process
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers, HR partners, and vendors
Qualifications of the Junior Recruiter:
- 1 year+ of experience in a customer-centric role and excellent customer-facing skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize
- Strong computer skills
