A prestigious law firm based in Providence, RI is seeking to bring on a Legal Office Clerk to support their growing team!
The Legal Office Clerk will be responsible for supporting multiple attorneys with their daily administrative tasks. This person will also be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and onboarding new clientele. Ideal candidates will be proactive and be proficient at thorough planning and follow-through.
Requirements for the Legal Office Clerk:
- 1 year minimum of related legal admin experience
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy
- Courteous, professional communication with clients, attorneys, and staff
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Document management experience desired
