A Providence-based organization is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of a Recruitment Coordinator.

This is a challenging and expanding role for an ambitious professional and the position comes with attractive pay/benefits and a chance for career advancement. The position will focus primarily on supporting the Talent Acquisition Team.

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator:

1. Screens applicants and schedules interviews with hiring managers.
2. Assists new hires with completing the electronic onboarding process.
3. Schedule and assist with new hire orientation.
4. Answers employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and Company policies.
5. Assist in the recruitment process as needed.
6. Perform administrative tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications of the Recruitment Coordinator:

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Meticulous Attention to detail
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality
5. Possess good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite and HRIS systems
6. Must have a positive attitude, motivation, and enthusiasm when working with people
