We are seeking a Temp Data Entry Clerk for an import export company in Pawtucket, RI. The ideal candidate has previous experience with data entry in a customer service environment.
This is a temp position for 8 weeks.
Responsibilities of the Temp Data Entry Clerk:
- Entry of customer purchase orders, verify pricing and product availability
- Work closely with the sales team to answer questions and handle problems in a professional and expeditious manner
- Manage and update customer information using the CRM system
Requirements of the Temp Data Entry Clerk:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated judgment and discretion
- Ability to work independently, under supervision, and in a creative environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
