Benefits of Working with City Personnel

Paid Holiday – For every 500 hours worked, you will receive holiday pay for the next calendar holiday. To qualify, you must work the day before and after the holiday. 
*Please be advised if your company does compensate for holidays, you are not eligible for the City Personnel holiday pay benefit. The City Personnel holiday pay benefit only comes into effect if your company does not pay for the holiday.
 

Sick Pay –  Once you have worked as a City Personnel employee for 180 days, you qualify for sick pay.

Dedicated Career Coach – All employees receive free coaching and counseling to help redefine and achieve their professional goals.

Referral Program – When you refer someone that we hire, you will receive a referral bonus.

Hall of Fame – Each month, we nominate an employee and highlight their achievements during their assignment on our social media sites.
