We are looking for a rock star for a Bilingual Office Assistant role.

This job requires high energy, multi-tasking, and attention to detail. Must be self-motivated, possess excellent verbal skills, and have a positive, upbeat attitude.


Responsibilities of the Bilingual Office Assistant:

  • Greeting clients and assisting them with completing client intake and fee agreements.
  • Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system.
  • Scheduling client appointments and confirming appointments.
  • Maintaining the waiting area, copy room, and conference room.
  • Scanning, photocopying, faxing, and filing documents.
  • Collecting and routing mail.
  • Setting up payment plans, collecting and processing payments from clients.
  • Calling clients to collect payment.
  • Interpret for some clients and translate simple documents.
  • Assist attorneys with simple legal tasks.


Requirements of the Bilingual Office Assistant:

Ability to connect, build trust, and form relationships with patients, doctors, and team members

  • Bilingual English/Spanish – Required* (Must speak, read, and write it)
  • Proficient computer knowledge
  • Self Starter
  • Ability to meet multiple strict deadlines on a monthly basis
  • Proficient time management skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • Attention to detail
