Seeking customer-service minded candidates for a CSR – Call Center Rep role.

Responsibilities of the CSR – Call Center Rep:

  • Address inbound calls and communicates with existing and potential customers
  • Document all interactions according to standard operating procedures and accurately and appropriately enter information in the electronic file
  • Follows the protocol for handling each call according to specific criteria approved by the company

Requirements of the CSR – Call Center Rep:

  • Superb verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Handling of high call volume
  • Lovely phone demeanor
  • Previous call center experience
