City Personnel recently celebrated a major milestone: 20 years of helping employers find the right talent and supporting job seekers throughout Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts.
To mark the occasion, we hosted our 20-year anniversary networking event at the Rooftop at the Providence G, bringing together clients, partners, friends, family, community members, and longtime supporters who have been part of our journey over the years.

Since opening our doors in 2006, City Personnel has been built on trust, personal connections, and a commitment to serving the local community. Over the last 20 years, we have had the privilege of partnering with businesses across Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts, helping them fill critical roles, build stronger teams, and navigate an ever-changing hiring landscape.
We have also had the opportunity to support countless job seekers as they take the next step in their careers. From first interviews to long-term placements, these moments have been at the heart of our work.
Seeing so many people come together to celebrate this milestone was a powerful reminder that City Personnel’s story has never been ours alone. It has been shaped by every client who trusted us, every candidate who worked with us, every partner who supported us, and every team member who helped us grow.

The Rooftop at the Providence G provided the perfect setting to look back on the past 20 years while celebrating what is still ahead.
