- Conducting quarterly EEO analyses to ensure our placements reflect the diversity of our community.
- Sponsoring and supporting local DEI initiatives including RI SHRM’s DEI Café, the R.I.S.E. Women’s Leadership Conference, and The Women’s Fund of Rhode Island.
